The men and women of the H&K Equipment Group are key to our growth. Their passion, determination, hard work, and grit are what drives our success and propels us forward. So, in early 2019, we asked our employees to share the core values that matter to them and the work they do. Throughout their responses, several key themes emerged: Leadership, integrity, excellence, teamwork, and safety. Our employees overwhelmingly listed these as among their most important principles, and with their feedback, together we developed the concept ofLIFTS.

Our goal is forLIFTSto be a touchstone for everyone — employees, customers, and vendors — who interacts with our companies. It’s shorthand for everything we do that makes what we do special.
